Refund policy

We take great pride and care in making sure our customers are satisfied with our products. In the unlikely scenario you are unhappy with the quality of your product please contact us to resolve any issues.

Refunds are issued on a case by case scenario.

All vinyl orders are carefully packaged in high quality mailers along with cardboard pads to insure your vinyl arrives safely. Unless vinyl albums are shrink wrapped by the supplier, all vinyl orders will ship with records outside of their jackets inside of a poly bag.

If your vinyl arrives damaged please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
