Please note: Orders that include a pre-order item will not ship until the pre-order is available. To avoid delays, we recommend placing separate orders, one for in-stock items and another for pre-orders.
We take great care to ensure your order is packed safely. All unshrinkwrapped vinyl ships with the record outside the jacket to prevent seam splits. Unfortunately, shrinkwrapped vinyl is always at risk for seam splits during transit from pressing plants, bands, or labels as this is an inherent challenge in vinyl shipping.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we’re not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items but we’re always willing to help resolve issues whenever possible.
Please also keep in mind that most of the vinyl we carry is pressed in Europe and has already traveled a long way before arriving at our warehouse. While we inspect records carefully, minor corner wear, seam splits or jacket imperfections can occur and are sometimes unavoidable.
We aim to ship all in-stock orders as quickly as possible—typically same day or next business day—though some orders may take up to a week depending on workload and season.
