THE MON is the solo project of Urlo, vocalist and bassist of the long-running Italian heavy-psychedelic trio Ufomammut, co-founder of the internationally renowned poster art collective Malleus Rock Art Lab, and of our independent label Supernatural Cat.

Songs Of Abandon is the first chapter of Embrace The Abandon and it’s a collection of intimate acoustic ballads, raw and fragile, born in solitude and shaped through minimal arrangements. A deeply personal journey where music becomes a tool for survival, reflection, and rebirth.
